We keep things simple: turn up on time, explain what's needed in plain English, protect your home while we work and leave it tidy.

Need an electrician urgently?
No power, a damaged cable, sparking or tripping that won't reset? Send us your details and we'll call you back as soon as possible to arrange an emergency visit. Standard rates apply Mon–Fri 7am–6pm. Out of hours it's £100 including the first hour, then £70 an hour. We'll confirm the cost on the phone before we come out.
- No power at all? Check whether your neighbours have power. If they're off too, it's a power cut: call 105 to report it.
- Drilled through or caught a cable? Don't touch it. Switch off at the main switch on your fuse board and keep everyone away.
- Sparking or a burning smell? If it's safe to reach, switch off the main switch and unplug nearby appliances.
- Water near sockets or lights? Stay clear. Only switch off at the fuse board if you can reach it from somewhere dry.
- Fire or someone hurt? Call 999 straight away.
